Our Brand Symbol
The merger of two large insurance companies was a tectonic shift for the insurance market. When it came to carrying out the deal smoothly, ADRIATIC and SLOVENICA spared no effort. The merger process was designed as a corporate marriage of equal partners. No overshadowing authority. Reciprocity as the prevailing principle.
The new insurance company is named ADRIATIC SLOVENICA. ADRIATIC comes first only because of the first letter of the alphabet. The company name is always written in one line, event though a certain surface could call for a different configuration of the names where one name would come above the other.
A self-speaking corporate image always reflects the company content. As a result, the principles such as reciprocity, equality and mirroring of the mutual relationship have served as a beacon in the process of designing the corporate image of one of the largest Slovenian insurance companies.
The company logo composed of the first letters of the names of the merged insurers is an expression of the statement the new company wishes to make. A and S have been designed to create perfect symmetry. The fact that the merger companies are mirror images of their relationship is the statement of the commitment of all employees of the new company to building the future with joint forces - the future of ADRIATIC SLOVENICA. How we treat others is the way others treat us. It does not matter whether they are our new colleagues, business partners or other stakeholders.
We are no to expect a brand symbol to be a key to our success. It is, however, a springboard. Each and every employee in the new company has to make sure that the underlying principles of equality, reciprocity and complementary strengths are reflected on the foundations of ADRIATIC SLOVENICA and to give it a boost on the road to a successful future.
